Cafe CarpeThe Café Carpe is a restaurant, bar, and music club in downtown Fort Atkinson. The food is in large part homemade consisting of their own soups, salad dressings, salsa, iced tea, desserts, entrees, sauces, and some breads, all passing the tasty test. They feature local and regional micro-brews on tap and are committed to being environmentally friendly, and just plain friendly too.

The Carpe has a talk-free, smoke-free listening room separate from its main bar/dining area which has great acoustics and seats 60 people comfortably. Shows are primarily on the weekend nights, and there is a cover charge for all performances except the periodic open stages. cafecarpe.com


Salty Earth PicturesSalty Earth Pictures is a non-profit motion picture and multi-media organization in downtown Fort Atkinson. The Lamp Post Inn was featured in a recent production from Salty Earth Pictures, “Journey to Paradise.” In the movie trailer below you can catch a glimpse of the outside of the bed & breakfast decorated for Christmas. saltyearthpictures.org
